1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using One Stroke Better ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service includes the One Stroke Better website (onestrokebetter.com) and web application (app.onestrokebetter.com).

2. Beta Program

The Service is currently in closed beta. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• The Service is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice
• We may need to reset or migrate data during the beta period
• The Service may experience downtime or interruptions
• We make no guarantees about the availability or reliability of the Service during beta

We appreciate your feedback during this period. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without any obligation to you. You can reach us at contact@onestrokebetter.com.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service (practice logs, scores, equipment preferences, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as needed to provide and improve the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

Please don't:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' experience
• Use the Service for anything illegal

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

One Stroke Better is a golf practice planning tool, not a medical or fitness advisor.

• Practice plans and drills are suggestions only. You are responsible for practicing safely and within your physical abilities.
• Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or physical activity program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition or injury.
• Stop any activity immediately if you feel pain, discomfort, or dizziness.
• Always follow proper safety guidelines at your practice facility, including awareness of other people and surroundings.

One Stroke Better and PeakForge LLC are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of practice plans, drills, or any other content provided through the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

One Stroke Better uses artificial intelligence to generate practice plans, drill suggestions, and related content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated plans and suggestions are not created or reviewed by a PGA professional and do not constitute professional golf instruction
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are not appropriate for your skill level or physical condition
• You should use your own judgment when following any AI-generated plan or drill

The Service is a practice planning tool, not a substitute for professional coaching. For personalized golf instruction, consult a qualified teaching professional.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of the Service (text, graphics, logos, drill content, software, etc.) belongs to One Stroke Better / PeakForge LLC. Don't copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Stroke Better and PeakForge LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

10. Account Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, email contact@onestrokebetter.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance when possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted in California. You and PeakForge LLC each waive the right to a jury trial.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
